TERMS
We are committed in making your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as possible. Kindly read through the following terms prior to making your purchases. Through procuring our merchandises and services would mean that you have acknowledged the following terms, have understood them, and agree to abide and adhere to them.

Delivery:
  •  eDarlings is unable to amend orders nor combine any such orders which were made separately once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure that the correct size, colour and shipping address have been made prior to making payments.
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Mondays to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays (Singapore) due to Postal operating hours.
  • eDarlings cannot be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should a customer opt for normal / regular postage shipments.
  • Coming Soon! Same day delivery will be made available very soon! 

Defective / Faulty / Wrong Items Received:
  • Upon receipt of goods, all exchanges have to be mailed back within 10 working days from date of receipt of parcel.
  • We apologise for mailing you a defective / faulty item(s). Please also take a snapshot of the defect on the item(s) and forward the snapshot to us at edawongfl@yahoo.com.sg. We will reply to you within 2 working days to confirm the return of item(s).
  • An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/faulty*. Reimbursement of normal postage for defective / wrong item(s) sent will also be credited to you. There is strictly no cash refund unless the item is Out of Stock.
  • *Exchanges will only be done for item(s) in it's original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges of item(s) which do not meet all conditions will be duly declined.
  • There may be a slight (0.5" to 0.8") difference in our stated measurements to sizes. In such cases, the variances may not be considered as a defect and no exchanges will be allowed.
  • All exchanges / returns sent out thereafter will be processed and dealt with via normal mail postage.
Product Discrepancies:
  • Colours of products may differ due to the colour calibration of an individuals' computer and the lighting when the photographs of products are taken. Thus products may appear darker/lighter in reality.
  • There may be a slight (0.5" to 0.8") difference in our stated measurements to sizes. In such cases, the variances may not be considered as a defect.

Exchanges for Incorrect Size Purchases:
  • We provide exchanges in sizes**. However, postage fees will be borne by the customer. Customers are highly encouraged to mail the item(s) back to us via registered mail as eDarlings will not be held liable nor able to conduct an exchange if the item(s) is/are lost during mailing.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and we do not provide cash refunds for such exchanges or the difference in prices. "On Sale" item(s) are not applicable for size exchanges or other items unless defective. (Defective item(s) will be replaced with the same sizes).
  • All exchanges are final and further requests for exchanges will be declined.

  • eDarlings only accepts 1 mode of Payment currently. Internet Banking Transfers.

  • Upon receipt of e-mail, eDarlings will respond with the total amount payable and stock availability within 24 hours. Customers will be required to make transfers for the total sum of purchases and thereafter send respond to the e-mail to eDarlings with the Internet Banking Transfer transaction ID. Please include your initials during the Internet Banking Transfer. Upon receipt of payment confirmation, item(s) will be checked and packed within 2 working days and shipped out according to order and shipment method selected. Any discrepancies in payment amount (shortfall or excess) will be corresponded and corrected via e-mail or any contact numbers you choose to leave down, before the shipment is sent out.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the correct amount is transferred to avoid delays in shipping out the item(s).
